Creative Real Estate is a real estate acquisition company in Alaska. Founded by local real estate investors, we have developed the systems, tools, educational platform and coaching program to accelerate new and existing real estate investor businesses.

Creative Real Estate was the result of a convergence of three passions: real estate, entrepreneurship and helping others. As successful investors, we discovered the freedom and lifestyle these passions afforded us. Creative Real Estate is our vehicle to share, teach and inspire investors around our state. Since 2010 we have flipped scores of single-family homes and purchased multi-family units all over Anchorage and neighboring communities for a hold and lease strategy.

The systems and processes we created can scale quickly, maximize profits and reduce risk. These systems became the foundation for the Creative Real Estate educational platform and coaching program.

Our highest and best idea is to help others in this community to learn how to achieve financial independence through real estate investing – free of charge for our members.
